LSP Pro is a workforce management platform operated by Stockyard Ventures Inc. We collect basic account information, scheduling data, and limited location data to provide our service. All primary data is stored on Canadian servers. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Stockyard Ventures Inc. (“Stockyard Ventures”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), operating as LSP Pro, collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information in connection with the LSP Pro workforce scheduling and time tracking platform (“the Platform”). The Platform is accessible at app.lspproapp.com.

This policy is governed by the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applies to all individuals whose personal information is collected or processed through the Platform, including workers, coordinators, and administrators.

Questions or requests may be directed to our Privacy Officer at privacy@lspproapp.com.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Account and Profile Information

Upon account creation or onboarding, the Platform collects identifying information including name, email address, and telephone number. Workers may additionally provide a home address, shift time preferences, and vehicle availability.

2.2 Location Information

Home Address and Shift Matching: Workers may provide a home address in their profile. The Platform uses this address to identify shifts within a reasonable geographic distance and to present relevant shift opportunities. Home address information is used solely for shift matching and is not disclosed to third parties except as described in Section 5.

Shift Check-In Location: Where location services are enabled on a worker’s device, the Platform records the worker’s location at the time of check-in to verify proximity to the scheduled shift location. Location is not recorded at checkout. Check-in location records are accessible to the worker and to authorized coordinators and administrators within the client organization.

2.3 Operational Records

The Platform generates records through normal use, including shift assignments, shift offers and responses, attendance check-ins and checkouts, timesheet entries, and approval records.

2.4 Technical and Security Information

The Platform automatically collects technical information when accessed, including IP address, device type, login timestamps, and session identifiers. This information is used to maintain Platform security, monitor system performance, and diagnose technical issues. It is not used for advertising or behavioral profiling.

2.5 Push Notification Tokens

Where a user enables push notifications, the Platform stores a device identifier associated with the user’s account for the purpose of delivering operational notifications. This identifier is removed upon disabling notifications or account closure.

3. How We Use Personal Information

Personal information collected through the Platform is used to:

Personal information is not used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or any commercial purpose unrelated to workforce scheduling and coordination. Stockyard Ventures does not sell personal information.

4. Workforce Onboarding Records

Where a client organization has enabled workforce onboarding tracking, the Platform detects when a worker completes their first shift on a given production or project. At that time, the worker’s name, email address, and date of first shift are compiled into a report and transmitted to the recipient designated by the client organization for the purpose of initiating the worker’s onboarding documentation. Workers are notified by email when this report is sent.

This feature is available only to client organizations for whom workforce onboarding documentation constitutes a standard requirement of their operations.

5. Disclosure of Personal Information

5.1 Client Organizations

Coordinators and administrators within a client organization have access to worker profiles, shift records, and attendance data as necessary to manage their workforce through the Platform.

5.2 Third-Party Service Providers

Stockyard Ventures engages the following categories of third-party service providers to support Platform operations:

5.3 Workforce Onboarding Recipients

As described in Section 4, workforce onboarding records are transmitted to recipients designated by client organizations on the instruction of the client.

5.4 Legal Requirements

Personal information may be disclosed where required by applicable law, court order, or lawful request from a government or regulatory authority. Stockyard Ventures will disclose only the information strictly necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify affected individuals prior to disclosure where permitted by law.

5.5 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of the assets of Stockyard Ventures Inc., personal information held through the Platform may be transferred as part of that transaction. Affected individuals will be notified prior to any such transfer.

6. Data Storage and International Transfers

Primary Platform data is stored on cloud infrastructure located in Canada. Certain personal information is processed outside Canada by third-party service providers as described in Section 5.2. By using the Platform, users consent to these transfers. All service providers processing personal information outside Canada are bound by contractual obligations consistent with PIPEDA.

Account and profile information is retained for the duration of the active account and for a minimum of one year following account closure. Security and system logs are retained for a minimum of one year.

Where changes are material, affected users will be notified by email and through a notice within the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
